I gained my first professional experience in the Project Unit of the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon, where I developed an understanding of project coordination, administrative support, planning, and monitoring. I am also strengthening my skills in risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project reporting. I am a motivated, organized, and results-oriented individual who is eager to learn, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to the success of an organization. PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY
Meande Njie Leslie Ferba is a Project Management professional from Cameroon with a Higher National Diploma (HND) and a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management. He has experience in project support, planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting, including an internship at the Project Management Unit of the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon (NECC).
He is passionate about project development, organizational efficiency, sustainable development, and community impact. Through his involvement in catfish production and entrepreneurial initiatives, he is developing practical skills in project implementation, resource management, monitoring, and operational coordination.
His professional interests include international development, public administration, agriculture and aquaculture, climate action, and institutional project management. He aspires to contribute to impactful projects and organizations by applying effective management practices, promoting innovation, and supporting sustainable economic and social development in Cameroon and beyond.
