Job Description
Innovation & Commercialization Manager, Marketing, Sales,Logistics
This opportunity is best suited for experienced professionals in marketing, sales, commercial strategy, innovation, category management, or key account management who are looking to lead product innovation and commercialization initiatives within a leading FMCG company.
In this role, you may be expected to:
• Lead the commercial aspects of new product launches and market tests.
• Drive a strong culture of innovation across the Commercial Division.
• Develop customer-centric commercial offers based on deep consumer and market insights.
• Manage the day-to-day commercial execution of innovation and renovation projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial Planning.
• Ensure successful product launches and oversee their long-term market performance.
• Identify innovation opportunities by leveraging market trends and best practices.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Have experience in commercial management, key account management, or customer marketing.
- Have successfully led at least five (5) innovative product launches from implementation to market sustainability.
- Demonstrate strong planning, organisational, and project management skills.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
- Show initiative, accountability, and a high level of confidentiality.
