OUR VISION/MISSION
Owing to the difficulty that many Cameroonians (especially the youth) are facing daily with getting jobs which could include amongst other difficulties - “connection”, tribalism driving a lot of qualified candidates out of the formal sector and the difficulties employers face with accessing qualified candidates there was born the need to address the statusquo which could only result in economic stagnation and the prevalence of mediocrity. Candidates prevented from reaching out to trustworthy Employer and employers prevented from obtaining skilled candidates to fill in required roles.
As a core driver of Productivity, Excellence and Economic growth in Cameroon, JobsCameroon envisions achieving this by:
- Providing a means for qualified candidates to get rewarding jobs they can be proud of;
- Bringing trusted employers into contact with the right candidates required to fill in available roles ;
- Serve as a reliable liason between both.
We aim to level the playing field for all (candidates and employers) while encouraging candidates to acquire and improve their skills based on market trends and serving as a reference for employers to source exceptional Cameroonian talent.
