Desired Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
2 years of experience in sales and customer relations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong listening skills, autonomy, and proactive approach
Responsibilities:
Develop the client portfolio and ensure customer loyalty
Manage customer requests promptly and professionally
Monitor sales indicators and propose corrective actions
Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams
