Job Description
Department: Direction Logistic / Direction Logistique
Location: Douala
Deadline: 18/10/2026 at 5 p.m (18 Octobre 2026 à 17h00)

ASSIGNMENT / MISSIONS :
- Ensures that the trucks provided are visibly clean, and are administratively and mechanically fit to make the trips and drivers are available before creating the orders;
- Ensures that all trucks available in the factory have their loading orders otherwise, them prepared them;
- Ensures that trucks are systematically unloaded and loaded once positioned in the loading docks;
- Ensures that all trucks loaded for delivery to the centers have their bons (after Sortie Merchandise) signed;
- Prepares an activity report on yard operations regarding the use of the resources provided (trucks, laborers) and any difficulties encountered.
REQUIRED PROFILE / PROFIL REQUIS :
- Education: Bacc + 2 (Logistique et transport, comptabilité ou toute autre discipline connexe / Logistics and transport, accounting or any other related discipline);
- IT Skills: Computer skills (Office);
- ERP Experience: Ability to create purchase orders and other deliveries in SAP;
Technical Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret stock transfer documents (purchase order, shipping slip, loading order, receiving slip, etc.);
- Ability to manage vehicle and equipment traffic in the yard and organize the positioning of trucks on the loading docks;
- Ability to use SAP and other software;
- Technical abilities related to logistics and inventory management;
Soft Skills & Communication:
- Ability to maintain strong communication with different parties, organization and problem-solving skills;
- Must be adept at building relationships, negotiating, and adapting to a fast-paced working environment.
